Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for using our website. However, to create an account, you must have a valid credit card, Venmo, bank account, etc., in your name.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment and Billing
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
Billing Disputes: If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, correct any billing errors promptly.
Subscription Management
Subscription Options: Our Book Hero Owners Club – 1 Year Membership is available for $5.99 per month or $60 per year. PreLaunch Subscribers receive a discount: the first 1,000 subscribers get 50% off ($30/year), and all other PreLaunch Subscribers save 33% ($40/year). The subscription period will start once our inventory is live on the website.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your perks will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term and will not auto-renew.
Refunds: There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
User Content and Conduct
Reviews and Comments: Users can post reviews and comments on the website. We expect all users to treat others with respect and express opinions in a respectful manner.
Rules for User-Generated Content: Content must not be libelous, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
Violations: Users who violate these rules may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated.
Privacy Policy
We will not sell your information to anyone. We will only use any information gathered to help suggest books you may like, send you Happy Birthday wishes, and things of that nature.

Termination of Service
Grounds for Termination: We may terminate your service for fraudulent claims of damaged books or undelivered packages, attempted security breaches, or other serious violations of our terms.
Consequences: Termination of service includes the removal of account access and forfeiture of any ownership percentages earned.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We will correct any errors as soon as we are aware of them.
Shipping Estimates: Shipping weights are estimated; actual weights will be confirmed during the shipping process.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any issues is limited to the amount you have paid us for services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: These ToS are governed by the laws of Pinellas County, Florida.
